Clover (Payment Processing): We use Clover to securely process credit and debit card payments for reservation deposits and final tabs. Clover receives your name, email, phone number, and payment card details to process transactions. Twilio (Communications): We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages and route phone calls. Twilio receives your phone number and message content as needed to facilitate communications. Twilio’s privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy at https://www.twilio.com/legal/privacy.

Synthflow (AI Receptionist): We use Synthflow to power our AI virtual receptionist that answers incoming calls. Synthflow receives call audio and the information you provide during the call. Their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.

Make.com (Automation): We use Make.com to automate our internal workflows for handling reservations. Make.com processes your reservation data to coordinate communications with our team.

Google Workspace (Email): We use Google’s email services (Gmail) to send internal notifications among our staff and to communicate with you when you contact us via email.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

6. Data Retention
